[services-wg] Draft Agenda for WG Meeting at GEC5.

Dear colleagues,

The Experimenter Services and Tools Working Group will meet at the upcoming
GEC on Tuesday July 21 from 3.30pm to 5.30pm.  Jeff Chase (WG chair) and I
would like this meeting to focus on the following topic areas:
    - How are experiments specified in each of the Spiral 1 clusters?  What
are the declarative and procedural aspects of this specification?
    - How is this specification used by the tool chain available to
experimenters?
    - What are the experimenter tools in one cluster that might be ported to
other control frameworks?
    - What assumptions do tools make about the control framework?  What
assumptions might be specific to their control framework?

To facilitate this discussion we've invited speakers from each of the five
Spiral 1 clusters to give a brief overview of the experimenter tools from
their cluster and to address the above questions for their cluster.  We've
set aside 20 minutes for each cluster for presentations and discussions.

The following is a draft agenda for this meeting.  Not all speakers have
confirmed their ability to speak at the meeting.

    4.05pm - 4.25pm: ORCA experimenter tools - Yufeng Xin and David Irwin
    4.25pm - 4.45pm: ProtoGENI experimenter tools - Rob Ricci
    4.45pm - 5.05pm: PlanetLab experimenter tools - Jeannie Albrecht
    5.05pm - 5.25pm: TIED experimenter tools - Ted Faber
    5.25pm - 5.30pm: Wrap-up

We'd appreciate your giving some thought to these topics and coming prepared
to participate in the discussions.
