Hello All,

A low level question I wish to inject into this discussion concerns
whether interaction management of this nature, which appears to apply
to laboratory researchers, presumably in such areas as bioinformatics,
might also apply to clinical medical management.  I cannot believe
that sophisticated bioinformatics (genomics, proteomics, metabolomics,
gene regulatory "interactomics") is available to relate gene networks
to pharmacodynamics, but that clinical diagnostics, medical
transactions, outcomes assessment, provider compensation, and
insurance coverage remain out of reach.  I would like to see such
functionality available for an open source public option.
