The following is the current agenda for the Experimenter Tools and Service
WG meeting to be held next week at the GEC.  Updates to the agenda will be

~5 minutes - Opening remarks

~10 minutes - Experiment scenarios of interest to four year colleges and
minority institutions (Paoli Wognakou)

~20 minutes - *New* control framework features for running/describing
experiments.

~40 minutes - Tools update: Experimenter tools that are already working and
